Arts for Kids’ Souls camp – Day 4

What a great day! We worked hard to finish up our projects with great excitement knowing that we will be showing them off to our families and friends tomorrow during our closing camp celebration. There was a special guest at camp today. FUMC’s Artist in Residence Rich Saxon (http://www.stuffeyesee.com) spent the day with us. He will be putting his photos in a slideshow to share with camp families in a few weeks. We look forward to celebrating with everyone during our closing performance and picnic at the end of camp on Friday.

Camp = Good!

Quotes of the Day:

Max from Fire: “I just love this camp!!”

A camper from water stated that “after dance class, we go to Yoda with Ms. Heidi.”

The Miller-Ross family shared that “this has been the best camp experience of the summer!”

Our hard-working FUMC head custodian, Cisco, who’s proudly worn his pink AFKS Camp shirt all week, said “It feels so good to see children playing and laughing here everyday. I’m going to be sad next week when they are gone.”
