The holiday season can be difficult. During a season when we’re all expected to be merry and bright, the very real grief, loneliness, and disappointments in our everyday lives do not magically disappear. Join us for this service of healing, and let the peaceful energy and candlelight of the labyrinth soothe your soul and provide a safe space for all your feelings.
We’ll gather on our beautiful indoor labyrinth from 5:00-6:00 pm on Saturday, December 23, for the Blue Christmas service. Dr. Celene Lillie, FUMC’s Director of Adult Education and Spiritual Formation, will officiate. Absolutely everyone is welcome.
Since 1997, First United Methodist Church of Boulder has been a Reconciling Congregation of the United Methodist Church. We affirm that absolutely all of us are beloved children of God, including persons of all sexual orientations and gender identifications.
FREE Parking for the Blue Christmas service is available in our surface parking lot; enter from 15th Street between Pine and Spruce Streets.
