Camp fees:
Early Bird Registration (register by May 15) – $35 for the first child, $15 for each additional child.
After May 15 – $40 for the first child, $20 for each additional child.
Arts for Kids’ Souls (AFKS) Camp was created in 2011 as the children’s arm of Arts For the Soul, a not-for-profit organization whose focus is to celebrate the power of the arts to touch our human spirits in meaningful, energizing and enlarging ways. Check out the Arts for the Soul webpage.
AFKS 2012 enjoyed the opportunity to celebrate the power of the arts with 60 children, ages 4-11, engaging each child in song, creative dance, pottery, fabric art, music, yoga, and gardening. Over 30 volunteers from First United Methodist Church and 7 Arts Teachers helped guide each child safely and with support through their own journey into artistic spiritualism and soulful awareness, encouraging each child to revel in their youthful, uninhibited and under-tapped creative spirit.

Camp was a great success! We had 60 campers, all of whom created beautiful art from their souls. Soon, we will begin planning for next year! For now, check out our daily camp blogs:
It was a joyful experience for those of us working with these wonderful children, and for the campers based on feedback we received from parents and their kids. This year’s camp will be equally engaging and energetic, and we look forward to creating the same experience again for your children!
