FUMC Boulder, in collaboration with four other local churches, is proud to provide the Heartfelt Café on the third Sunday of every month. This is a great opportunity to be involved with the community as well as benefiting those in need by providing a safe, warm, consistent place to get a hot meal. FUMC is a part of a group that consists of several other local faith communities that participate in providing a Sunday lunch at no charge to those less fortunate.
The Heartfelt Café is also a very fulfilling volunteer opportunity for members and friends of the FUMC congregation. There are volunteer opportunities involving preparation (9:00-10:30), serving (11:30-1:30), and clean up duties after the meal (1:30-2:30).
The Heartfelt Café takes place in Mead Hall on the lower level of the church. If interested, please contact Wendy Driscoll at wendy@driscollcreative.com, or call the church office for more information at 303.442.3770.

We believe that human beings experience longing for meaning, purpose, connection to others and a desire for transcendence beyond oneself. From early in the history of humanity, religions emerged and evolved in response to that longing. But we also know that while the institutions spawned by religion have had many positive influences, they also at times have inflicted great pain...First United Methodist Church

The dollars we give to the ministry, mission and outreach of our church have the power to change lives. The money we give is an investment in bringing God’s love to the world.
