Practice Resurrection: Building Community, Economy, and Mutual Delight
We’ll gather online to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus! Our Senior Pastor, Rev. Michael Mather, will give the Easter sermon, Practice Resurrection, based on Mark 16:1-8. We’ll enjoy special music from the Pete Lewis Quintet; the Colorado Brass Band Quintet; Tessa Espinosa, soprano; Kirsten Carpenter-Ortman, soprano; and Jordan Ortman, organ. Join us!

Walk-Up Communion: 5:00-6:00 pm MDT on Easter Sunday
If you’d like to receive communion on Easter Sunday, walk-up communion will be available between 5:00-6:00 pm on the church patio. You’re welcome to arrive at any time during this hour to receive communion. Masks are required, and physical distancing will be practiced. The underground parking lot, and spaces along the circle drive, will be available for parking, and street parking is also free on Sundays. Please leave circle drive spaces for those who need easier access to the patio.

Maundy Thursday is April 1.
Join us for a brief online worship at the dinner table, or at another time convenient to you. The video will be accessible beginning at 12:00 noon MDT on Maundy Thursday; you can watch it after that time, but not before.

Remember that if you join us on the church’s website or on Facebook, neither link will work before the service time.
On Our Website: the web page will go live at exactly 10:30 am for Easter Sunday worship (and at 12:00 noon on their respective days for Maundy Thursday and Good Friday worship); prior to that time, you’ll see an error message. This DOES NOT mean it’s not working; it simply means the webpage is not accessible yet.
On Facebook: Easter worship premieres at exactly 10:30 am on Facebook on Sunday, April 4, and Maundy Thursday and Good Friday worship will both premiere at 12:00 noon on their respective days. You can watch the services after the premiere time, but not before. Click on the worship video itself so that it will play for you. You do not need a Facebook account to participate in worship on Facebook.
On Our Vimeo Channel: you do not need to create an account to watch First Church’s videos on Vimeo. Just click on the video you’d like to watch, and it will begin playing.
