Sun, July 24: Screening of Documentary Film Kiss the Ground

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

After worship on Sunday, July 24, the First Church Green Team invites you to join us for lunch and the documentary film Kiss the Ground. We’ll gather in the parlor at 11:45 am, and wrap up by 2:00 pm. Directed by Josh and Rebecca Tickell, and narrated by Woody Harrelson, Kiss the Ground is a hopeful film that shows the actions of people working to address climate change. Activists, scientists, farmers, and politicians turn to regenerative agriculture to save the planet’s topsoil, and combat climate change. Visit the FILM’S WEBSITE to learn more.

The screening is FREE OF CHARGE and open to all. Lunch is a fundraiser for intergenerational mission trips and projects. First Church’s youth will have a beverage cart set up and provide lunch, and your donations of any size are sincerely appreciated.

Please invite your friends and family!
