ALL are invited to celebrate Holy Week and Easter at First Church Boulder!

Palm Sunday Worship: April 2nd Beginning at 10:00 am
On April 2nd, Palm Sunday, at 10:00 AM, folks from 5 downtown churches, including First Church, will gather along Pine Street for a Procession with palms, a live donkey (yes, really!), and a mass choir with singers from all the participating churches. Plan to arrive at First Church a little before 10:00 am to pick up your palms, and the ORDER OF SERVICE for the Palm Sunday Procession. Then walk out to Pine Street (just north of First Church) to join the celebration! ALL are welcome!

After the Outdoor Palm Sunday Festivities: come back inside First Church for our regular Sunday worship service, beginning at approximately 10:30 am. Visit our WORSHIP PAGE for more information about Sunday services, including how to live-stream worship from home.

QUESTIONS?

Parking Suggestions:
Parking is available in the underground garage below the TGTHR (formerly Attention Homes) Apartments, next door to First Church. Turn into the alley from either 14th or 15th Street (between Spruce and Pine Streets), and enter the garage opposite the church building. Look for spaces marked “FUMC Parking.” All paid street parking in the neighborhood is free on Sundays. There are also two paid parking lots on 15th Street, both within two blocks of the church. One is between Walnut and Pearl, and one is between Pearl and Spruce. Please leave parking spaces in the church’s circle driveway available for folks who need closer access to the building.

Public Transit:
First Church is located two blocks from the downtown Boulder Walnut Street bus station (corner of 14th and Walnut). Both local and regional busses serve this station.
