Beyond the Veils Sound Bath

I’m offering a very specific Sound Bath in the Labyrinth for this upcoming All Saints Day/ Souhain / Dia de las Muertes / Dia de los Angelitos, when the veils between the realms are commonly thought to be at their thinnest. Those of you who know me well, know I have worked deeply and intimately with grief. My music and sound baths have been a great resource to me, and to others who are traversing the same terrain. While we each have completely unique journeys through our loves and losses, there can be great value in coming together, with our broken hearts, for solace and exploration, and opening to the mysteries that often seem “beyond” us. Sometimes the passageway is through the very cracks in our hearts.

Let’s gather during this time of the “thinning of the veils” and allow me to gently guide you and bathe you in sound to provide solace, companionship, heart-opening and connection.

Please arrive on time to settle in and create a safe, supportive container. If you wish, bring mementos of your beloveds to share or to hold close, and/or a letter or writing to add to a “Weeping Wall” in the Labyrinth. Bring yoga mats and blankets/layers for warmth and comfort, pillows and eye pads if you like, Some cushions and seats are available.
